I am the area’s only Clinic owner with multiple National Championships and am a current National and World record holder. I KNOW SPORTS INJURIES! I was a Team Doctor for National and International Weightlifting events. We are easy to get to in Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Franklin and Nashville.
As a National Champion, Record Holder, published in Muscle and Fitness, and lecturer as a Chiropractic Physician, I understand that although patients may be diagnosed with the same condition, they respond very differently to treatments. For this reason, I tailor a specific plan of action to meet your needs, goals with unique medical treatment, to minimize your down time.

Dr. Victor Poletajev is a board certified Chiropractic Physician with a practice specializing in accident and injury care, nutrition, and physical assessment. He holds five state licenses, performs Independent Medical Examinations and testimony in Tennessee, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Alabama. He is Board Certified in Impairment and Disability Evaluations with certificates by ABIME, AADEP, ABFP, and ABDA. He has over 110 hours of post-graduate education in strictly forensic Impairment and Disability Evaluations. He has performed over 5900 plus, third party, Independent Medical Evaluations, including Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Veterans Adminstration and, consulting for National Footbal League Disability claims. He has been deposed 180 plus times in twenty years of experience.
Dr. Poletajev is published in the area of sports injury, rehabilitation, and nutrition in magazines such as MUSCLE AND FITNESS and POWERLIFTING, USA. He was an appointed team physician for the Natural Association of Strength Athletes for eight years and worked with other organizations such as the A.A.U. and the U.S.P.F.in the same capacity.
Dr. Poletajev is fluent in the Russian language, as well as completing hundreds of hours of post-graduate training in motor vehicle accident injury, sports injury, nutrition, diagnosis, activities of daily living, pain relief, and wellness care and assessment.
Dr. Poletajev orders MRI studies on a regular basis, to verify and substantiate his findings as well as when treating. In the practice of Independent Medical Examinations, history, causation, reasonableness and necessity of standards of care are all addressed. Dr. Poletajev was an appointed complaint consultant for the Board for five years in Tennessee.
Dr. Poletajev has examined, rated and treated from musculo-skeletal conditions, conditions such as sprain strains, surgical fusion, discectomy, amputation, extremity conditions, including joint replacement, ie. knee, shoulder, also including burn victims, scarring, RSD, nerve entrapment, carpal tunnel, and stroke with organic brain syndrome, as well as quadriplegics including expectant mothers.
Dr. Poletajev brings to his expert testimony as well as practice as represented in deposition and court situations, simple explanations, authoritative representation of the 4th, 5th and 6th Edition AMA Guides, when required, and makes himself available for plaintiff and defense consultation within his area of expertise. He has been obtained, succesfully, as an expert, in regards to his Independent Examinations, for and against specialties including Internal Medicine, Physiatry, Neurology, Orthopedic, Dermatology, Osteopathic and Chiropractic Physicians. In Independent Examinations he is methodical, explained, well footnoted, strictly following the criteria parameter protocol of both state statues, various jurisdictional law and of course the AMA Guides.
Dr. Poletajev has been to trial court as an expert and due to his detail-oriented and precise independent examinations, court exposure and adversarial action is minimized.
